When we hear about atrocities that exist in our society, we fight to hold accountable those responsible.
When we discover that a company has caused harm to consumers, or identify a medical product that is dangerous, we may post about it below. We are trying to find people who may have been affected by these problems and may be interested in starting a lawsuit. As always, there is no charge for a consultation, and there is no fee unless we win.
Rampant Sexual Abuse At The Green Hill School In Chehalis
The Green Hill School in Chehalis, Washington, isn’t really a school at all. It’s a juvenile detention facility for medium- and maximum-security juvenile offenders.
But the worst offenders at the Green Hill School aren’t the boys incarcerated there; rather, they’re among the adults entrusted to rehabilitate and protect those children.
The Allegations of Sexual Abuse
For a decade or more, the Green Hill School has been home to a pervasive culture of sexual abuse where, according to criminal charges and civil complaints, it has been “common” for the female counselors, guards, and staff to “engage in sexually inappropriate relationships with the (minor) residents.”
Amtrak Train Derailment
Only two weeks ago Don Anderson, the Mayor of Lakewood, urged state transportation officials of the danger of Amtrak trains traveling through his city at high rates of speed and urged safety improvements to be implemented. “Come back when there is that accident, and try to justify not putting in those safety enhancements, or you can go back now and advocate for the money to do it, because this project was never needed and endangers our citizens,” Anderson said.
Massage Envy Sexual Assault Survivors
Allegations of widespread sexual misconduct involving massage therapists are emerging at multiple Massage Envy locations around the U.S. More than 180 women allege that Massage Envy therapists engaged in a pattern of inappropriate sexual contact that ranged from unwanted touching and fondling to instances of therapists exposing their genitals and bringing them into contact with the client. Further, when these incidents were brought to the attention of Massage Envy management, they were either ignored or weren’t taken seriously. And allegedly offending masseurs were not fired right away; rather they were transferred to different Massage Envy locations after complaints surrounding their behavior began to come to light.

Credit/Debit Card Receipt Lawsuits (FACTA)
Merchants who print too much credit card information on a receipt are liable for damages under the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA). What this means is that if you find a receipt from a parking garage, restaurant, or some retailer that contains more than the last 5 digits of your credit card, or any part of your expiration date, you may be entitled to statutory damages under the law.
