Neda Lotfi is a dedicated advocate for survivors of sexual abuse, devoting 100% of her practice to representing survivors—primarily those who endured childhood sexual abuse. Driven by a lifelong commitment to justice and accountability, Neda considers it both a responsibility and a privilege to stand beside her clients as they seek truth, healing, and empowerment.
Neda’s practice is rooted in giving survivors a powerful voice. She is deeply committed not only to securing meaningful results, but to helping clients regain confidence and control over their futures. Her nuanced understanding of California’s sexual abuse statutes and case law allows her to strategically maximize case value while fiercely protecting her clients’ privacy and dignity.
Prior to joining PCVA, Neda focused exclusively on childhood sexual abuse litigation. She played a significant role in obtaining an $880 million settlement against the Archdiocese of Los Angeles in October 2024—bringing the total settlement to more than $1.5 billion—the largest single child sex abuse settlement with a Catholic archdiocese in history. In November 2024, she also helped secure a record-breaking bellwether settlement in JCCP 5101 against one of the nation’s largest Catholic high schools—one of the largest settlements ever achieved for a single incident of abuse dating back to the 1970s.
Neda attributes these results to her fearless, tenacious, and high-performing approach. Known for her relentless work ethic, she is willing to put in long days, late nights, and the extra effort required to deliver justice for her clients.
Her work has earned significant recognition. Neda was named to the Daily Journal’s 2025 “40 Under 40 Lawyers” and recognized by LA Times Studios as a 2025 Consumer Attorney Visionary. She has been selected to Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars and Best Lawyers in America since 2021.
Beyond her litigation practice, Neda serves on the Board of Directors for the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), where she helps advance legislation protecting consumer legal rights, speaks on educational panels, and works alongside fellow attorneys committed to safeguarding the rights of Californians.
Neda is also a published author. Her recent articles include:
- Mothering versus Lawyering, Advocate Magazine (March 2025)
- The Conflict Between Protected Sexual History Evidence and Damages in Childhood Sexual Abuse Cases, Daily Journal (February 2025)
Through her involvement with CAOC and her active trial practice, Neda remains at the forefront of legal developments affecting survivors.
Outside of her practice, Neda enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, playing tennis, practicing Pilates, and traveling.
