Madison Budinich was born and raised in Washington, where she attended the University of Washington for undergraduate studies before earning her Juris Doctor from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. She began her professional journey with a degree in biochemistry and completion of EMT school, initially pursuing a career in medicine. However, her unwavering desire to advocate for others eventually guided her to law school, where she discovered her true calling—helping survivors of sexual abuse and medical malpractice. Her transition from medicine to law was rooted in the same core value that has always driven her: a commitment to helping people overcome challenges and rebuild their lives.
Madison approaches her work with fearless dedication and an unshakable faith in her clients. She believes in walking alongside survivors as they seek justice, advocating tirelessly to help them reclaim the sense of dignity and security stolen from them. Her work is deeply personal, guided by an innate belief that every case represents an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in our society.
From an early age, Madison demonstrated her natural alignment with the legal field. A childhood academic simulation cast her as the town attorney, a role she now recognizes as an early glimpse of her future. Her journey has also been shaped by a faith-based mentality—a belief that challenges and opportunities arise for a reason and that everything will ultimately work out as it should.
Madison’s scientific background equips her with a unique perspective on cases involving medical records and complex evidence, while her compassionate nature allows her to connect deeply with her clients. Her collaborative approach to legal work reflects a willingness to learn from others and a dedication to continuous growth. She believes that no question is too small and that every lesson learned strengthens her ability to serve her clients effectively.
Outside of her legal work, Madison is a hobby baker and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking and skiing. A lifelong resident of Washington, she cherishes the opportunity to give back to the place she calls home, advocating for those in need with both passion and purpose.
