About the case
Attorney Michael Pfau tried a three-week case to jury in King County Superior Court against the Church of Latter-Day Saints (a/k/a Mormon Church). Mr. Pfau represented two girls who were abused by a Mormon high priest and stepfather. Plaintiffs alleged negligence and intentional torts against the church and the perpetrator.
